21. Places where appeals are to be heard
(1)An appeal or formal application to the Court shall be heard in such place as the President, in consultation with the Chief Justice, may designate.(2)An application for an appeal to be heard otherwise than in accordance with subrule (1) may be made informally but shall be in writing.
