38. Fees
(1)The fees payable for the issuance of licences, permits, certificates or release orders, under these Regulations shall be as set out in the Third Schedule.(2)Any fees for issuance of licences, permits, certificates or release orders, under these Regulations for food crops or food produce in transit shall be charged only once at the point of exit in the country of origin.
