20. Approved seed or planting material source
(1)A person growing nuts and oil crops shall procure seeds or planting materials or seedlings from sources approved by the government agencies responsible for inspection and certification of seeds and planting materials or seedlings.(2)A person who contravenes the provisions of this regulation commits an offence.
