25. Retirement for ill-health without pension
If a member who is married or a widower with children of pensionable age retires from the public service on the ground of ill-health and is not granted a pension from the funds of Kenya, any pension payable on his death shall, if such death occurs not later than two years after the date of his retirement, be computed as if he had died on the day preceding that date.[Act No. 64 of 1951, s. 9.]Source: Kenya Law
